CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES 2/3 c. heavy cream 3 tbsp. butter, cut into chunks 1 tbsp. orange, almond, coffee liqueur 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) baker's German's sweet chocolate broken into chunks Unsweetened cocoa, coconut, or ground nuts
RANGE TOP: Bring cream, butter and sugar to a full boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add liqueur and chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Chill until firm enough to handle, about 3 1/2 hours. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in cocoa, coconut or nuts. Store covered in refrigerator. Makes about 2 dozen candies.
