125 ml botter

2 uie in repies gesny

1/2 voorbereide botterskorsie, geskil en in blokkies gesny

Vars tiemie

Olyf OlieSout en peper

Feta kaas

Vars koljander blare

Om uie te karameliseer, sit in 'n braaipan op medium hitte met bietjie olyf olie.

Braai stadig tot sag, bruin en effens stroperig

Bak botterskorsie in die oond, sprinkel met olyf olie, sout en peper en vars tiemie

Smeer filodeeg met gesmelte botter, ongeveer 5/6 lae met n botterlagie tussen elke vel filideeg

Begin met uie, smeer op die bodem, plaas gaar botterskorsie bo-op en bestrooi met feta kaas

Bak in oond vir ongeveer 20 min tot deeg verbruin

Garneer met vars koljander blare

Sit voor warm of teen kamer temperatuur.
