Baby Potato Salad

Ingredients:
500gr Baby potatos (washed with skin)
Olive oil
1 Medium chopped onion
5ml Garlic
Cinnamon
Cayenne Pepper
150gram Feta cheese
Honey
Chopped Baby Spinach or finely chopped spinach
Method:
Boil potatoes with skin until just soft. Place on an oven plate or shallow dish. If the potatoes are big cut them in half. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and add the chopped onions and garlic. Mix with the potatoes. Bake in pre-heated oven of 180 degrees. After 10 minutes sprinkle Cinnamon and Cayenne Pepper on the potatoes. Drizzle a small amount of honey over. Put in the oven and turn the potatoes every now and then for the next 15 minutes. Once grilled to your taste place it on a pre-prepared dish. Prepare the dish with the chopped spinach or baby spinach. Garnish with the feta cheese and enjoy!
