SPICY BEETROOT SALAD
Ingredients:
1 Kg boiled and diced beetroot
1 x 750ml Mrs Ball Chutney
1 Fine chopped onion
Salt
Coarse black pepper
Coriander or Parsley

Method:
Mix the cooked beetroot with the chutney, add the chopped onion and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve and garnish with Parsley or Coriander. It can be kept in a bottle in the fried. Enjoy!
