8 medium grootte aartappels

3 geklitste eiergele

3 eetlepels mielieblom

1 koppie broodkrummels

½ teelepel peper

1 ½ teelepel sout

bietjie meel.

Kook die aartappels sag, dreineer en maak dit fyn. Voeg die eiergele, mielieblom, broodkurmmels, sout en peper by en meng deeglik. Vul ‘n kastrol met water en verhit dit tot kookpunt. Rol intussen die aartappel mengsel in gholf grootte balletjies. Wanneer die water kook, rol dit in die meel en plaas direk in die kookende water. Laat kook vir 15 tot 20 minute, haal uit met ‘n dreineringslepel en bedien met botter en sout.
