KANGEROO STEAMER

Ingredients:
• 400 gms. Kangaroo Fillet cut in small cubes.
• 50 gms. Streaky Bacon cut in strips.
• 1 Large Onion roughly chopped.
• 1 tablespoon Milk.
• 1 tablespoon Tomato sauce.
• Salt and Pepper.
Method:
Put kangaroo, onion and milk in a pan with a tight fitting lid. Cook over very low heat for a 5 minutes. Add bacon and ketchup and continue to cook over very low heat for 1 hour or until kangaroo is tender. Add a little water if necessary so the dish is not too dry. Serve on mashed potatoes or rice.
