Hollandse kaneelstafies

200 g botter

60 ml witsuiker

375 ml koekmeel

5 ml kaneel

1 eier

30 ml fyngekapte amandels

15 ml witsuiker

Voorverhit die oond tot 180 °C. Klop die botter en suiker saam tot lig en romerig. Voeg die meel en kaneel by. Smeer die mengsel in ’n ongesmeerde pan van 32,5 x 23 cm. Klits die eier en verf die bokant van die deeg daarmee. Prik die deeg met ’n vurk en sprinkel die amandels en suiker bo-oor. Bak vir 20-25 minute lank. Plaas op ’n draadrak en laat 5 minute lank afkoel. Sny in stafies. Lewer 12 stafies.
