This summer, cool down with a spicy cacao cocktail! Lemon juice highlights the citrus notes of Solbeso and fresh jalapeño slices provide a subtle spice to this tangy tonic.
ingredients
-3 jalapeño slices
1 part lemon juice
2 parts Solbeso
3/4 part simple syrup
directions
Step 1 Muddle jalapeño with fresh lemon juice.
Step 2 Add Solbeso and simple syrup and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with jalapeño slice.
