Boerewors-frikkadelle met tamatie-sous

1 kg boerewors

30 ml olyfolie

1 ui, fyngekap

2 knoffelhuisies, fyngekap

2 blikke (400 g elk) gekapte tamaties

sout en varsgemaalde swartpeper na smaak

Verhit jou oond tot 180 ºC. Druk die vleis uit die wors en vorm klein frikkadelle. Gooi ’n klein bietjie olyfolie in ’n oondbak en plaas die frikkadelle in die bak. Bak in die oond vir sowat 30 minute. Maak die tamatie-sous terwyl die frikkadelle in die oond is: Verhit die olyfolie in ’n kastrol. Braai die ui en knoffel saam tot sag en deurskynend. Voeg die tamaties by en geur met sout en swartpeper. Kook vir sowat 40 minute en gooi dan die sous oor die gaar frikkadelle. Bedien warm of by kamertemperatuur.
