Hier is ons eie SA vulsel – die maklikste van almal.

(Genoeg vir 4)

Braaityd: 5 – 10 minute

8 snye witbrood

45 g (50 ml) sagte botter

150 g cheddarkaas, gerasper

200 g gesnyde beesbiltong

Smeer elke sny brood aan die een kant met sagte botter. Sit ’n sny brood in ’n jaffelpan, gesmeerde kant na onder. Plaas cheddarkaas bo-op en dan biltong. Plaas nog kaas bo-op en maak toe met tweede sny brood, gesmeerde kant na buite. Maak toe en sny oortollige brood af. Plaas pan op warm plaat en braai sowat 3 minute.

Draai om en braai nog sowat 3 minute of tot bros en goudbruin.
