ʼn Wonderlike voorgereg vir ʼn bos-ete – en ook lekker op brood as vinnige tussenin-happie

30 ml olyfolie

½ ui, fyngekap

125 g wit sampioene, in skyfies gesny

250 ml fyn biltong

125 g roomkaas

70 ml mayonnaise

Verhit olyfolie in pan. Voeg ui by en braai tot effens sag. Voeg sampioene by en braai tot sag. Al die vloeistof moet verdamp terwyl jy die sampioene braai. Laat afkoel en plaas in jou voedselverwerker. Puree tot fyn. Voeg nou res van bestanddele by en meng goed. Die patee het geen sout of peper nodig nie, want die biltong bevat genoeg geurmiddels.
