Mossels au gratin

sowat 18 halfskulpmossels

4 snye witbrood

150 g (160 ml) botter, gesmelt

hand vol pietersielie, fyngekap

3 knoffelhuisies, fyngedruk

sout en varsgemaalde swartpeper na smaak

500 g (sowat 18) bevrore halfskulp-mossels

Verhit die roosterelement van oond. Rooster die brood. Maak die brood in ‘n voedselverwerker fyn of kap met ‘n skerp mes. Voeg gesmelte botter, pietersielie en knoffel by en meng goed.

Geur met sout en peper. Plaas mossels op ‘n bakplaat en skep van die broodmengsel bo-op elke mossel. Plaas onder roosterelement vir sowat 5 minute tot krummels bruin en bros is. Sit dadelik voor.
