Romerige roereier met spek.jpg

(4 – 6 porsies)

20 minute

45 ml olyfolie

250 g spek

6 snye brood van jou keuse

8 eiers

100 ml melk

45 ml botter

100 g bronkors

sout en varsgemaalde swartpeper

Verhit olie tot warm in ‘n middelslag-braaipan. Voeg spek by en braai tot goudbruin en bros. Braai broodsnye in dieselfde pan tot alkant goudbruin en bros, sowat 2 minute per kant. Meng eiers en melk saam tot gladde mengsel. Smelt botter in skoon braaipan en voeg eiermengsel by. Gebruik eierspaan en roerbraai eiers tot romerig en gaar, sowat 5 – 8 minute. Verdeel gaar spek tussen gebraaide brood gevolg deur gaar eier en bronkors. Geur goed met sout en swartpeper.
