15 ml sonneblomolie

400 g ontbeende hoenderborsies

(sonder vel), in repe gesny

1 knoffelhuisie, fyngedruk

1 pakkie Denny Indian Korma Simmer Sauce

sout en varsgemaalde swartpeper na smaak

4 tortillas (of naanbrood)

2 handevol gemengde slaaiblare

1 rooi soetrissie, in repe gesny

1 rooi-ui, in dun skywe gesny

Verhit die sonneblomolie in ‘n pan. Braai die hoender-repies en knoffel vir sowat 10 minute tot die hoender gaar is. Voeg Denny Indian Korma Simmer Sauce by en laat prut vir 5 minute. Geur met sout en peper. Plaas op elke tortilla ‘n paar slaaiblare, soetrissierepe en rooi-ui skywe. Skep van die hoender bo-op en draai die tortilla toe.
