Roasted Aromatic Asian Style Duck

1 whole luva Duck 1/2 cup sweet soy sauce 8 cup of water 1/2 cup Char Sui Sauce Aromatics 2 star anise 1 lemon grass and ginger teabag 2 tablespoons Char Sui Sauce 3 slices lemon Method pre-heat oven 190 in a large stock pot combine the water and Char Sui Sauce and sweet Soy Sauce and bring to a slow simmer plunge the cleaned duck into the simmering Sauce for 3 - 4 minutes. Remove and pat very dry. place duck on Roasting pan and place the aromatics into the cavity and tie Ducks legs together. Roast 40 minutes per kg/ Remove and allow duck to rest for 10 minutes. Use your oven pan sauces and mix it with Plum Sauce and heat it up and pour over Roasted Duck. Enjoy ~~
