Aruban Peanut and Chocolate Chip Cookies - Koeki di Pinda y Chuculati

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 cup of sugar

1 cup of shortening

1 cup of brown sugar

1 cup of cocoa powder

3 cups of bread flour

1 cup of peanut butter

1 cup of chocolate chips

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 teaspoon of salt

Cooking Instructions:

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix them well. Mold cookies from the mixture. Place the cookies on a aking plate covered with shortening. Bake in the oven at 350 F. for 15 minutes. Makes a dozen cookies.
