500 gram bruismeel

250 gram gerasperde Cheddarkaas

1 koppie bevore mielies

500ml karringmelk

1 groot ui, gekap

1 pakkie Kaas & Bacon Potato Bake Mengsel

1. Meng al die bestanddele in 'n bak, maar hou bietjie gerasperde kaas eenkant.

2. Skep die deeg in 'n groot, gesmeerde broodpan of twee kleiner gesmeerde broodpanne en sprinkel res van die kaas bo-op.

3. Bak vir ongeveer een uur by 180°C of tot goudbruin en gaar.
