250g broskorsdeeg

Vulsel

250g gladde maaskaas

175g blouskimmelkaas, gerasper

3 eiers

250ml room

15ml pietersielie - gekap

15ml uiesap

sout en varsgemaalde swartpeper.

Metode

Voer `n groot of twee kleiner randtertbakke met broskorstertdeeg.

Prik die bodem deeglik en verkoel 30 min lank. Meng die blouskimmelkaas, maaskaas, pietersielie en uiesap. Klits room en eiers saam en voeg dit by die kaasmengsels. Meng deeglik en geur volgens smaak. Gooi die mengsel in die tertkors.

Bak dit 30-40 min lank in die onderste gedeelte van

die oond wat verhit is tot by 200°C totdat die tert pofferig en goudbruin is. Bedien dit koud of warm.
