10 porsies

50 g pecorino-kaas, gerasper

50 g bloukaas, gekrummel

100 g ricotta-kaas

sout en varsgemaalde swartpeper na smaak

16 won ton-deegvelle

750 ml sonneblomolie, om in te braai

Meng die drie kase goed. Geur met sout (maar min) en swartpeper. Smeer die rand van ’n won ton-deegvel met water. Skep van die vulsel in die middel en vou die won ton toe. Smeer ’n klein bietjie water dwarsoor die middel en gee dit ’n draai. Herhaal met al die won tons. Verhit olie in ’n kastrol. (Jy kan dit toets deur ’n stukkie van ’n won ton-vel te braai. As dit dadelik begin braai, is jou olie reg.) Bow ties braai vir sowat 1 minuut aan elke kant. Haal uit en dreineer op kombuispapier.
