Genoeg vir 4

2 × 250 g houer mascarpone

2 blokke romerige bloukaas

100 g pekanneute

3 ingelegte vye, in skywe gesny

1. Voer ‘n broodpannetjie met `n inhoudsmaat van 750 ml uit met kleefplastiek. Laat die plastiek sowat 3cm aan elke kant oorhang.

2. Klop die mascarpone en bloukaas saam tot glad en romerig.

3. Skep ‘n derde van die mascarpone-mengsel in die pannetjie en smeer dit glad met ‘n slaplemmes.

4. Sprinkel die pekanneute bo-oor en skep dan nog ‘n derde mascarpone-mengsel in die pan. Smeer dit eweredig.

5. Pak die vye bo-op en smeer dan die laaste mascarpone-mengsel bo-op. Vou die bokant toe met die kleefplastiek en sit in die yskas vir 2 ure of tot benodig. Bedien saam met sout beskuitjies en melba broodjies.
