Gebakte ricotta brood.png

Genoeg vir 4

4 suurdeeg rolletjies

8 snytjies salami

150 g ricotta

200 g kersie tamaties

5 eiers

160 ml (2/3 k) melk

Sout en gemaalde swartpeper

160 ml(2/3 k) gerasperde parmesaan

Voorverhit die oond tot 180°C. Voer ‘n bakplaat met bakpapier uit en spuit met kleefwerende kossproei.

1. Sny die bokant van die broodjie af en hol dit uit om ‘n bakkie te vorm.

2. Pak die salami, ricotta en tamaties in lae in die uitgeholde brood.

3. Meng die eiers en melk saam en geur met sout en gemaalde swartpeper.

4. Gooi die eiermengsel oor die vulsel en sprinkel die parmesan bo-oor.

5. Sit die brood op die bakplaat en bak vir 55 min of tot goudbruin en gaar.
