Jy benodig

250g sagte roomkaas

100g sagte Feta

100g biltong, fyngerasper

30g songedroogde tamaties, fyngekap

1 knoffelhuisie, fyngekap

1 teelepel gemengde peperkorrels, grofgemaal

120g koringskyfies (soos Fritos)

Metode

Meng roomkaas en Feta saam

Roer biltong, tamaties, knoffel en peper by

Voer ‘n diep ronde bakkie (soos vir sop of nagereg) met plastiekfilm

Skep mengsel in en druk styf vas.

Bedek en plaas in yskas vir 2 tot 3 ure

Maak koringskyfies fyn en gooi in bord

Verwyder kaasvorm uit bakkie en plastiek

Rol in krummels (met plat kant na onder) op klein opdienbord

Bedien met beskuitjies of roosterbrood en slaai
