(12 porsies)

1 liter water

500 ml (400 g) suiker

12 klein pere, geskil

24 bocconcini-balle

2 eiers, geklits

200 g fyn broodkrummels

olie vir diepbraai

vars vye

2 wiele camembert of ‘n ander kaas

Bring water en suiker tot kookpunt in ‘n mediumgroot pot. Voeg pere by en verlaag hitte tot dit stadig prut. Laat posjeer pere vir 20 minute of tot sag maar steeds ferm. Laat afkoel. Rol bocconcini in geklitste eier en dan in broodkrummels. Verhit olie tot baie warm. Braai in olie tot goudbruin. Dreineer op kombuispapier. Sit warm gebraaide kaas voor saam met pere, vye en camembert-kaas.
