500g rooi salm

60 ml asyn

60ml suurroom

12,5ml bereide peperwortel

60ml suurlemoensap

1 pakkie gelatien

5ml sout

5ml bereide mosterd

125ml room

125ml gerasperde Cheddarkaas

Metode

Dreineer salm, verwyder grate en vel. Vlok salm in `n mengbak met twee vurke. Maak `n pasta van die salm en asyn met behulp van `n elektriese versapper. Skep in `n groot mengbak en vou suurroom en peperwortel in. Verdun suurlemoensap met 60ml water en sprinkel gelatien bo-oor. Laat week vir 5min. Smelt oor kookwater. Roer opgeloste gelatien saam met sout en mostrd in die salmmengsel in. Vou die geklopte room en kaas in. Skep in `n vorm en plaas in yskas vir minstens 4 1/2 uur, of tot gestol. Bedien met vars broodrolletjies

of beskuitjies.
