Brazilian Corn And Watercress Soup

Ingredients:
4 Cups Beef Stock
1 Teaspoon Marjoram
1 Bunch Parsley, chopped
2 Cups Corn
1 Bunch Watercress, chopped
Salt And Pepper, to Taste
1 Medium Hard Boiled Egg, Garnish
Cooking Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, except egg. simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with a slice of hard boiled egg floating on top.
