Ingredients:
4 Polehna's beef cutlets, tenderized (pork or veal)
1 egg
Flour
Breadcrumbs
Cooking Instructions:
Heat oil in skillet. Roll cutlet in flour, then dip in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs. Fry on each side till brown. Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired.
