Cuban Mojo Marinade

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons fresh garlic
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 cup olive oil
Cooking Instructions:
With a food processor make a paste using onion and garlic. Combine remaining ingredients in medium sized bowl and add onion paste. Marinade in plastic bag overnight for beef and pork, shorter time for chicken and veggies.
