Eritrean Broiled Grouper

Ingredients:
4 Large Grouper Fillet
6 Cloves Garlic, chopped
4 Teaspoons Paprika
2 Oranges Orange Juice
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Lemon Lemon Juice
8 Teaspoons Berbere or hot Sauce
Cooking Instructions:
Rub fillets with garlic and paprika. Sprinkle with orange juice and salt. Broil in oven or on a grill for 7 minutes per side. Sprinkle with lemon juice and berbere sauce. Serve.
