Finnish Oven Porridge

Ingredients:
2 1/2 dl pearl barley
1/2 l water
1 1/2 l milk
1 tsp salt
Cooking Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a buttered oven dish. Bake the porridge for 4-5 hours at 125 C. Also whole oats, wheat, rice, buckwheat or millet make excellent porridge. Serve the porridge with milk or fruit sauce.
