German Buttermilk Soup - Buttermilchsuppe

Ingredients:
1 lb raw potatoes
1 qt buttermilk
Salt
Pepper
Salted water
3 strips bacon
1 tbls flour
1 onion
Cooking Instructions:
Peel and chop potatoes and cook until tender in salted water. Drain. Mix flour and buttermilk and bring to a boil. Chop bacon and onion finely and brown. Combine, season, and serve.
