German Fish Salad - Fischsalat

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked fish, flaked
Beef stock, to proper consistency
Lemon slices
3 tbls cream
1 tbls mustard, prepared
Parsley
1 tbls vinegar or lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Cooking Instructions:
Prepare marinade from all other ingredients and add fish. Let soak well and serve garnished with lemon slices and parsley.
