Greek Eggplant Salad

Ingredients:
1 large eggplant
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 bunch of parsley
1/2 cup olive oil
4 tsp vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Pock eggplant with a fork. Broil it for 40 min. Peel it and mush with fork. Crash garlic and add it to eggplant. Season. Stir continuously adding vinegar and oil.
