Greek Fish Soup

Ingredients:
1 big fish
2 onions chopped
4 carrots cut in slices
2 stocks of celery chopped
4 leaves of celery
3 large potatoes
1 cup olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Cooking Instructions:
Clean and season the fish. Heat the oil and saute onions. Add fish, vegetables, salt and pepper to taste. Cover with water. Simmer for an hour and a half. Serve hot.
