Greek Vermicelli (Fides) Tomato Soup

Ingredients:
3 fresh tomatoes peeled and minced
4 cups of water
2 cups vermicelli
2 tbs butter
Salt
Pepper
Cooking Instructions:
Boil water and tomatoes for 20 minutes. Add vermicelli, butter, salt and pepper and simmer for 30 minutes.
