Guam Crab Meat Kekaguen

Ingredients:

1 bag artificial crab meat, chopped

1 small onion, chopped

2-4 hot peppers (can be eliminated if desired)

2-3 lemons, squeezed

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Placed crab meat, onion, and lemon juice in a medium size bowl and thoroughly mixed by hand. Add salt and pepper to desired taste. Add hot peppers if desired.
