Guyana Mango Pepper

Ingredients:
2 lb Green (unripe) mango, peeled and chopped
1/4 lb Scotch bonnet peppers
4 Cloves garlic
2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup White vinegar
Cooking Instructions:
Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until thick and slushy. Use instead of Tabasco. Makes about 2 cups.
