Indonesian Manadonese Sweet Corn Soup - Tinutuan

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

2 Cups Cassava, cubed

1 Small Butternut Squash, cubed

2 Cups Corn

1/2 Cup Rice

4 Ounces Bamboo Shoots

5 Cups Chicken Broth

1 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Lemon Grass

20 Leaves Basil

Cooking Instructions:

Combine all ingrediants but basil, bring to a simmer and simmer for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with basil leaves and serve.
