Island Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Chicken Stock

1/4 Cup Peanut Butter

1/4 Teaspoon Garlic, finely chopped

1/4 Teaspoon Ginger, grated

2 Medium Green Onion, chopped

2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar

2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce

2 Teaspoons Cider Vinegar

Dash Tabasco Sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in saucepan, heat on low until mixture boils stirring constantly. add more water in necessary. may be made ahead and microwaved when needed.
