2kg Beesvleis

1kg Varkvleis

20g (50ml) Koljander

2ml Fyn Naeltjies

2ml gerasperde Neutmuskaat

36g (30ml) fyn sout

30 ml Varsgemaalde Swartpeper

100ml Asyn en Water 50/50

500 gram vark spek

Sny vleis in 50mm blokke en meng met die speserye en geurmiddels

Maal die vleis en sny spek in blokkies

Voeg spek en asyn by maalvleis en meng liggies maar deeglik

Stop derms lossies met die mengsel

Lewer sowat 3.5kg
