Korean Fried Fish

Ingredients:
6 Small fillets of fish
2 tablespoons Light soy sauce
2 tablespoons Toasted, crushed sesame seeds
2 tablespoons Finely chopped spring onions
2 teaspoons Sesame oil
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Pinch ground black pepper
Cooking Instructions:
Wash and dry the fish. Combine soy sauce, sesame seeds, pepper, spring onions and sesame oil. Dip fish into the mixture and fry in hot oil until it is cooked through and golden brown on both sides. Serve soon after cooking while still hot.
