Liberian Banana Cream of Wheat Bread

Liberian Banana Cream of Wheat Bread.jpg

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

2 cup Cream of wheat

1 tbl Sugar

4 tsp Baking powder

1 tsp Nutmeg

1/2 tsp Salt

1 1/2 cup Mashed bananas

2 Eggs

1 1/2 cup Water

1 cup Unsaturated oil

Cooking Instructions:

These recipes are from Liberia, Africa Mix dry ingredients together. Gradually add bananas, egg, water, and oil. Blend well. Bake in greased 8-inch by 12-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350 F. until knife stuck in center of cake comes clean. Remove from pan and cool.
