South African Braised Chicken with Green Chilli

Servings: 4
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 Chicken Breasts, diced
1 Large Onion, chopped
1 Cup Chicken Stock
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
Salt And Pepper, to taste
2 Medium Serrano Pepper, chopped
Cooking Instructions:
Saute chicken and onion in olive oil until both are well browned.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 45 minutes. Serve.
