South African Venison Pie (Kudu Pie)

Ingredients:
2 Medium Pie Crust
2 Pounds Venison Or Kudu, cubed and cooked
4 Slices Bacon, chopped
1 Tablespoon Apricot Chutney, optional
2 Tablespoons Dry Red Wine
1 Teaspoon Thyme
3 Cloves Garlic
Cooking Instructions:
Line a pie dish with pastry, combine remaining ingredients and spoon into pie dish. Cover with additional pie crust, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
