Ingredients
1 packet instant chocolate mousse
Chocolate, melted
Thick cream
Coffee liqueur
Pecan nuts
Melted chocolate to garnish S
trawberries to serve
Wafers to serve
Method
Prepare chocolate mousse as per instructions.
Fill the first quarter of a glass with the mousse, top with cooled melted chocolate, a spoonful of thick cream, a drizzle of coffee liqueur and chopped pecan nuts.
Repeat with three more layers.
Allow to set, then serve garnished with melted chocolate, strawberries and wafers.
