Croque monsieur

Ingredients
2 x 340g baguettes, split
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
150g shaved ham
100g Swiss cheese, thinly sliced cornichons or gherkins, halved, to serve
Method
Step 1
Preheat grill on high. Grill cut side of baguettes for 2 minutes or until browned.
Step 2
Spread toasted baguettes with mustard. Top with ham and cheese. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with cornichons or gherkins.
