Fettuccine with Seafood Sauce

Ingredients
500 g fettucine
25 ml lemon juice
30 ml anchovy paste
5 ml dried tarragon
250 ml sour cream
125 ml fresh cream
30 ml tomato paste
250 g shrimps
salt freshly ground black pepper
Method
Cook pasta in boiling, salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
Place the sour and fresh cream, anchovy paste and tomato paste in a saucepan and heat, stirring to ensure that the sauce stays smooth.
Once sauce begins to boil, remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice, tarragon and shrimps/prawns.
Heat through but do not boil.
Add salt and pepper to taste, pour over pasta and serve immediately.
