Description
Join the newest trend in outdoor cooking – grill a pizza! You’ll need a medium hot grill.
Ingredients
Use your favorite pizza dough recipe or Market of Choice’s handmade dough (9-16 oz). Roll to a 10-14” circle; brush both sides with olive oil.
Prepare your favorite toppings. Cook meats and/or sauté vegetables. We used Prosciutto, peppers, onions and Gorgonzola cheese.
Methods/Steps
Put oiled dough on the grill. Cook 4-5 minutes until it is set and lightly browned. Turn, add toppings, cover the grill and cook about 5 more min to fully heat toppings. Check to prevent the bottom from burning. Serve immediately.
