Ham, corn, pineapple and cheese melts

Ingredients
4 slices mixed-grain bread
30g shaved lean leg ham
125g can corn kernels, drained, rinsed
3 slices canned pineapple, chopped
1/4 cup reduced-fat grated tasty cheese
Method
Step 1
Preheat sandwich press. Top 2 slices of bread with ham, corn, pineapple and cheese. Sandwich with remaining bread slices. Place in press.
Step 2
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese melted. Cut each sandwich in half. Serve.
