Ham, semi-dried tomato and mozzarella focaccia

Ingredients
1 x 300g focaccia bread, halved, split
1/4 cup whole-egg mayonnaise
100g thinly-sliced leg ham
1/3 cup (70g) semi-dried tomatoes
2 teaspoons capers, drained
60g mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
Step 1
Preheat sandwich press. Spread cut sides of focaccia with mayonnaise. Top bases with ham, tomatoes, capers and mozzarella. Season with pepper.
Step 2
Sandwich with focaccia tops and place in hot sandwich press. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until toasted and heated through. Serve.
