Quick toasted cheese sandwich.jpg

Ingredients

4 slices bread

150 g Cheddar cheese, grated

5 ml mustard powder

dash Worcestershire sauce

1 egg yolk

salt and pepper

Method

Switch on the oven grill. Arrange the slices of bread on a baking sheet and toast on one side. Turn, and set aside.

Mix together the cheddar cheese with the remaining ingredients. Stir well and season with pepper. Spoon the mixture on top of the bread slices and toast again until lightly browned. Serve immediately.
